Canvas supported Web Browsers and Mobile Options

Canvas is not able to support every web browser that is available. We recommend that you are using the most up to date version of Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to get optimal results in Canvas. Do NOT use the Safari web browser as you may not see images in quiz questions if you are a student and your comments written to students in SpeedGrader may not be displayed to students if you are an instructor.

Clearing your cache and cookies. Canvas uses cookies like most sites do. Occasionally something will not display correctly in Canvas or it may seem to be partially correct and partially weird. Please try clearing your cache and cookies to see if that won't clear things up.

Mobile Options - If you want to use your cell phone to access Canvas you must make sure your OS is up to date and that you are using the Canvas app and that it is up to date. If the app or your OS are not up to date, Canvas may not be able to present the correct information.
