This judgement-free discussion invites instructors to reflect and talk with colleagues about—yes—doing less.

Instructors will have time to consider teaching tasks or practices that felt too time or energy intensive this term that they’d like to shift. Together we’ll discuss the shape “doing less” (while still doing right by students), might take, and hopefully you'll leave with ideas for a practice or task to do less of next term.

This flexible agenda will be populated a week prior to the event; in addition to shaping the conversation in the moment, attendees are warmly welcomed to write questions or challenges you want to address into the agenda itself.
