As you prepare for fall term, join TEP and UO Online for a drop-in clinic to improve the digital accessibility of your fall syllabus and to check out Gradescope, a new tool available to all instructors that can increase grading efficiency, including of handwritten work.

- Thursday, September 17, 10am-noon

We’ll spread out across Tykeson’s sunny space, with half of the room focused on syllabi, half on Gradescope. You can drop in any time—our teams will be there to offer hands-on support. Note that on the hour we’ll give a 10-minute presentation to introduce digitally accessible syllabi and templates (2:00pm, 3:00pm, 10:00am, 11:00am). On the half hour, we’ll showcase Gradescope (2:30pm, 3:30pm, 10:30am, 11:30am).
Let us know you plan to join using this simple RSVP form (no need to specify a time), so we can make sure we get our staffing levels right.
Provost Chris Long has encouraged all faculty to prepare digitally accessible course syllabi for fall. Find written guidance for how to meet this goal on the Teaching Support and Innovation website.
