TEP can frequently provide workshops tailored to address questions and issues specific to a department’s faculty and graduate student instructors. We've conducted and collaborated on hundreds of unit-level workshops, facilitated discussions, Q and As, and other events. If it's related to teaching, it's something we want to support if we can. TEP staff occasionally facilitate unit-level discussion around shared learning goals, sharpening a discipline-specific sense of teaching quality, addressing trends in student participation, and other issues.
