Winter is here, and UO Online Explores has discovered the antidote to student disengagement: you. In this first of three workshops, we will discuss how to curate a teaching presence fitted to your identity, the needs of your students, and the modality in which you teach. After all, supporting our students means doing more than delivering them content; it means designing and teaching a course where personalized support leads to a more engaging learning experience.  Please join us as we review examples of faculty techniques and develop a few new ones of our own.
