Join the Teaching and AI Community Accelerating the Impact of Teaching (CAIT) group’s ongoing discussion about the implications of generative artificial intelligence on teaching and learning.

We’ll try our collective hand at “prompt engineering” to see what it takes to get passable results from ChatGPT in response to example faculty exam questions and writing prompts. Then we'll hear from faculty colleagues in the CAIT about themes related to AI and teaching that they’ve identified as essential and promising for university-wide consideration, which range from career readiness and teaching fundamental skills to valuing play and innovation. Then we’ll break into small groups to share strategies and ideas related to these themes.
