As the short turn-around between winter and spring courses nears, let us join together to discuss and ideate about your large courses attendance policies, your grading scheme, and what you might do on day one to start the new term off on the right foot.  
 
While our focus will be on larger classes, making these plans for the spring is something all instructors must do. Everyone is welcome to contribute and engage in our conversation!
