The peer review of teaching is an essential component of teaching improvement and evaluation at UO—and one that each unit has just bolstered through new Peer Review of Teaching policies. Join us 2:30-4 p.m. to practice observing and communicating about professional, inclusive, engaged, and research-informed teaching; to share strategies and look at examples of constructive feedback; and to be oriented toward TEP’s observation form (or bring the form you unit has selected!). Peer review of teaching committees are welcome to attend together and have specially facilitated table talk.
