Description: Empowering students to work together and share in the process of discovery is one of the most impactful things we do as educators. Group work can also be a challenging activity to plan for our students, especially in an online course where we need to be more intentional about how they interact and communicate. Please join UO Online and TEP for a roundtable discussion about what parts of group work might translate from face-to-face to online learning, what might not, and how we might create innovative group experiences for our students in online courses. This event will give you a chance to hear from your colleagues and brainstorm ways of promoting student-to-student engagement, creativity, and professionalization.
