Grading Students Live

Did you grade a nearly complete student response, or did you just grade a pretty good guess by ChatGPT? More and more UO faculty report they are addressing this question by moving toward grading students live during class with presentations, participation during discussions, oral exams, or other techniques. Instructors trying out live grading, and those interested in exploring it, are invited to a conversation about your techniques, challenges you encountered or foresee, and what research has to say about best practices.
