Getting Started with Canvas

Tuesday, September 21 – 10:00 – 11:30am – 36 Knight Library (Studio A)

Are you new to Canvas and/or new to teaching at the University of Oregon? In this workshop we will introduce Canvas, how to access it, and Canvas basics. These include course set up, communication, navigation, and getting started with assignments and grades.  This will be a hands-on, active workshop, so please bring your laptop, a course syllabus, and be prepared to set up your Canvas course.

The workshop is scheduled for 90 minutes, with the workshop itself running for 60 minutes. Our Instructional Design staff will be available the last 30 minutes for individual questions and support.
