GenAI in Teaching at UO

This session overviews the state of AI and instruction at UO including updating participants about UO’s GenAI policies and good practice recommendations, sharing sample AI-related course polices and how colleagues are explaining and reinforce those policies, and showcasing examples of how UO faculty are integrating and GenAI into assignment or, alternatively, insulating assignments from AI misuse.  
 
Moreover, the session gives participants a chance to offer feedback on plans to scale teaching support across the faculty.  
 
Offered in partnership with the AI Council by TEP, UO Libraries, Information Services, UO Online, and the Lundquist College of Business.
