Classroom Technology Tutorial: Small to Medium Rooms

IS Audio Visual Services Classroom Technology Support is offering classroom technology tutorials before Fall Term 2024, with an additional session on the Friday of Week 1. These sessions are ideal for instructors teaching in registrar- or joint-controlled rooms who are new to the technology, need troubleshooting tips, or have questions. Each session will focus on the technology relevant to specific room sizes.

Additional Information:

  • While sessions are tailored to specific room sizes, there are similarities between small and medium rooms, and large room sessions can still benefit those new to classroom technology. Our team is available to answer questions after any tutorial, regardless of room size.

Room Size Information:

  • Small Rooms: Accommodate 1-40 people, with a single display and basic inputs. Accommodate 1-40 people, with a single display and basic inputs.
  • Medium Rooms: Accommodate 40-100 people, with potential for multiple displays and microphones.
  • Large Rooms: Accommodate 100+ people, with more complex setups, multiple projectors, and microphones.
