Classroom Technology Tutorial (45 min tutorial + optional Q & A time)

Audio Visual Services, part of Information Services, will be providing classroom technology demonstrations the week before fall term. These sessions will cover the essential setup and operation of AV classroom equipment commonly used by instructors and presenters in registrar or joint-controlled classrooms, including podium configuration, screen sharing, touch panel navigation, document and room cameras, microphones, assistive listening systems, and more!  

All sessions include a 45 minute tutorial, followed by (optional) Q&A and drop-in time.

  • Tuesday, September 23, 10-11:30AM

  • Thursday, September 25, 1-2:30PM
    • 45 min tutorial + Q+A and drop-in

There will be an additional drop-in session on Friday of week 1 for those who have run into any questions during the first week of term. People can also bring their own equipment and meet with a classroom technician one-on-one.
